Pve experience: I`ve raided since vanilla, progressed hardcore progress farming raid molten core aq qiraj 40 .
TBC: Everything cleared, including M´uru pre-nerf.
Wotlk: Everything cleared normal mode except 11/12 icc 10 normal, icc 11/12 hc, icc 25 9/12 hc, togc 25 4/5
Cataclysm:
Bh 10 man only

Previous guilds: Serenity , Brethren (Lightning's Blade), Nightshift, pLayers, Outcast (Karazhan)

Sublime: took a 9 months break before wotlk came out, then i came back and raided at the highest level

Winters heart: The biggest drama of all guilds is when officers stop raiding so they discuss about world peace

Currently still got stucked on the Karazhan server, trying to apply or talk to other guilds about transfer and remain part of core but people too retarded to answer or take serious application in consideration, so since cataclysm came out i haven't raided anything and still can't come back to my previous guilds, still don't wanna change server without getting an application approved so i`m hoping for the best.

About me: My name is Cristian, i`m 21 years old, i`m student and i live in Romania, since i get informed all the time about raiding i also have the neceserally consumables for it always the perfect add-ons, i`m a hardcore raider since i know myself, i like playing very much balance spec i`m a patient player i also got a mic for ventrillo to socialize with, and i always looking for to clear end game content as new raids and rated and conquest bg`s.

You don't seem to have a lot of raid experience apart from TBC, and the application as a whole is rather short.

When you get 346 items you should really start thinking about blue gems to show potential new guilds. Few enchants are missing, and could you explain what the purpose of spi -> hit reforging is for a balance druid?

As the other 2 said you are not prepared for applying to raiding guilds.

Select advance at the top right of the screen near your item level. Once in advance mode scroll down to below your character and there is an automatic "Character Audit":

3 Unenchanted items.
5 Non-leather items.
Missing Ebonsteel Belt Buckle.
Enchanting: 2 unenchanted rings.
Jewelcrafting: 3 unused Chimera's Eye

I don't care that you'd likely to replace them quickly while raiding, you need the gear before you can start raiding in the first place.

i raided quite much the fact is that i haven't been constantly raiding having big problems with money and couldn't be at all raids, yes i miss some raids but that`s why i`m trying to get perfect to clear the rest of content
