Do the words Hitcap and Expertise Cap mean anything to you?

"At level 80, that means you need 214 Expertise rating. A lot of the expertise available comes from rings, neck pieces & trinkets as well as buff food, gems and enchants."

i'm testing resto-spec atm, so don't wonder if you're looking my armor/stats.

Resto specced or not, your still sitting on 2.75% expertise which is no where near the cap which youve jst stated yourself, there are a number of gems you could re-socket for expertise. No stat exceeds expertise in value til its capped. And from your profile the only non enhancement item is your offhand. And not to be a total nit pick but you could put a buckle on your belt so you could put a gem in it. You probably should re enchant your gloves with hit.
Heres jst my oppinion and seems to be pretty correspondent with that of most people, sry if i sound like a jerk but im honestly jst tryin to help.

Sorry to be so slack in responding, shaman recruitment is now full.

Possibility of a new enhancement shaman at the end of February, will keep you in mind.
