What I said was based on several years of experience.
What will prevent users from typing like absolute morons when asking questions?
What will ensure that users provide enough information when asking questions?
What will ensure that users don't ask questions which have been asked numerous times before?
That's just a couple of questions from the top of my head. There are several other (potential) issues with this whole thing.
