there's a loader out now for the ppl still waiting for a key.
for obvious reason won't paste a link but it's easy to find.
anyway it works just fine, though it's the first release so functionality is a little limited, nevertheless it's playable.

Well as I've been playing quite some games by now (150ish or something) I got to say it's pretty neat. The only thing is that as the beta gets more popular the cheese strats are getting out fast and everyone copies em. I play protoss and every protoss I meet does like 3 gate rush now so you also HAVE to go 3 gate otherwise you die, stuff like that makes it fucking dumb. Hope a lot of stuff that gets abused now will get sorted because it sorta takes the fun out of it

A big problem with the game atm is how wide the choke points are.
In starcraft 1 you could easily block off your choke with 1-2 zealots (depending on enemy unit size). In sc2 you need 4-8. This creates a huge problem with early teching and basically forces every protoss to just spam zealots in pvp. It's simply seems impossible to get ranged units up in time before your enemy breaks through your choke with zealot spam.
