Server setting obv. Just add the line to Autoexec.cfg in \steam\steamapps\common\alien swarm\swarm\cfg\
Create the damn file if you ain't got it :>
Other cool and helpful stuff you can add:
asw_fast_reload_under_marine 1 // gives you a neat little reload bar beneath your marine for some added imbaness
asw_camera_shake 0 // removes the annoying camera shaking whenever you get hit by something
asw_marine_labels_cursor_maxdist 1000 // always shows health bars above all marines, very handy for medics
