I have one and I love it, it takes quite a while of getting used to (at the start I only used 5 of the 12 buttons, but over the course of weeks I got really used to using all of them) but it really pays off in my opinion. I can't live without one anymore.
I use it for alot of different games as well, such as shooters, you can bind any gun to any of the 12 buttons to make weapon switching easier and all that jazz.

Greatest mouse ever, it just frees your hand a bit from a lot of various binds, and it's nice to use. It will take about 2 weeks to really appreciate it, but the best thing i've bought for my pc

so far best razer i've encountered in my gaming career.

Gone through roughly 10 high end mice. Like the Qpad 5K the most so far, Mionix NAOS 5000 is almost exactly the same mouse so ill give that a very close second. Razer Naga was kickass but had annoying 0.1s freezes every other minute which is a NO GO. Other than that theyre all the same. Never tried Naga, so I dunno why Im typing...

Using a lachesis atm which is is not modeled specifically for left or right.

Zowie EC1. Best mouse there is. Much like the Intelli Explorer 3.0, just improved.  Never tried the Naga. Had the Diamondback way back. It was a good mouse, but it was of poor quality and broke just after a year or so. Something I've heard is common for a lot of razer products
