I am running my 2500k at 4.2ghz with a cheap Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus(1 fan), it sticks to 25-30c idle and seen it top at 55c during 100% load while transcoding video. I am using custom fan settings with asus fan xpert though. And I also got the sickest airflow in my case which helps quite a bit.

Nigma: I do have 2x 230mm, 2x 200mm, 2x 140mm chassis fans though, so the overall airflow is pretty intense :). Voltage I have not touched, so its round 1.35 isnt it? Cant really remember. When it goes down to like 1.0 and 1.6GHz at idle the temps drop down to 1 degree above my room temperature :D.
