No, that really shouldn't be expected from a paying customer. My issue is that I gave them a very reasonable way to reproduce the problem and they didn't even attempt it, instead they ran a test, which I already have done, which shows nothing. That's the only thing they did, so now I have to drag this out even more.
Also like I said the issue has been progressive = it's a hardware issue.

This is why you should always build your own computer :< Saves you a TON of money and trouble.
You should try calling them btw, before they ship your pc.
Also BIOS updates are usually really easy nowadays, just a exe file you click and some magic happens and then you're all set after a reboot :>

It counts what is inside, not the marking on the laptop tho. Every brand has a faulty %.

Acer has nothing to do with Asus.
Acer is a major company (one of the largest of it's kind), owning several smaller ones like Packard Bell, Gateway, E-machines etc.
Acer actually delivers some real quality computers :> Still, everything is relative. You don't get the same quality from those branded pc's as you get when you build your own thing.

Mothercard replaced by technicians.
Computer should be in Sweden early next week, at which time I'll do some remote verification that the issue is gone.

' Vi kommer att byta ut datorn men eftersom den är inköpt via en av våra återförsäljare måste även utbytet gå den vägen.
@INet: vv ta in den defekta datorn till er ordna med ett utbyte av denna produkt till kunden asap. Fakturera kostnaden till mig med ###### som fakturareferens. Meddela mig när ni har tagit emot den defekta datorn så avgör vi vad vi gör med den
